Thermogel series, a multifunctional food processor for mixing, tempering,
cooking, pasteurizing, chilling, aging, and freezing any dough or
semiliquid food product. Adjustable timing and temperature controls
can be operated either manually or fully automatic for a flexible
working procedure. The pasteurizing and freezing cycle made in one
cylinder, elimination any transfer of product assures perfect hygiene.
Each of the Thermogel ice cream makers can be considered a complete
laboratory in one single unit.
