Hotmix, Coremix and Tecnotino

Hotmix 9-18 are the boiler with dry heating (45') of ice-cream mix upt ot +90°C. Coremix 30, automatic pasteurizer with high and low pasteurization cycles. All parts in contact with the mix are manually removable for the best cleaning and hygiene.

Coremix 60, 120 and 60+60 pasteurizers with electronic controls for easy use and effective mix treatment. The required heating time is automatically maintained by selecting the temperature. Two speed centrifugal pump for mixing, emulsioning and mix transferring.

Tecnotino 120 and 60+60 aging vats with inclined bottom for the complete discharge of the product. Functioning and stand-by adjustment for aging. Fitted with draw-off tas including rinsing system and "clever" memory in case of black-out.
